ISO 9001 Certification

Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc. made the decision in 1999 to achieve a measured level of excellence in customer service. To achieve this goal a certification to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard was initiated. The ISO 9001 standard is internationally recognized and identifies an organization that has built a business process that is client focused, measured for effectiveness and continually improved. To maintain our certification a third-party organization audits our operations twice a year and must recommend us for recertification every three years. HF&C is proud to be certified at all of our New York locations.
