Message from Jim Freyer, CEO:
As you all know, the Governor issued an Executive Order directing non-essential business to implement a 100% work from home policy. As part of the insurance community, Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc. is exempt from this order. To maintain social distancing, we have initiated our remote contingency program and our staff is fully operational and safely working from home. You can reach your servicing team via the regular email you have always used. You can also reach us at 800-289-1501 or by using the click to chat option on the top of this page.
During this time, the well-being and safety of our Employee Owners, Clients and Community must come first so we will utilize this remote option until it is prudent to gather in our offices again. Please rest assured that your service needs will be taken care of with the same thorough approach that we have always worked to achieve.
If you have a claim, please visit our claims page for immediate notification to your carrier directly. Our claim advocacy team remains available and engaged to advise you during this extremely unprecedented time.

A message from Jim Freyer, CEO:
The good health and safety of our clients, employees, community and colleagues are our primary concerns as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. With the increasing number of reported COVID-19 cases in the U.S., we wanted to provide you with a brief update regarding our preparations to protect our employee owners while continuing to serve our clients.
All Haylor Freyer and Coon’s offices are open and conducting business. We have implemented a contingency plan to address business continuity in a flexible and pragmatic way, consistent with CDC guidelines. While the plan includes certain limitations on travel, we remain available to meet our clients insurance and business needs through our network of offices. We have enhanced our technological capacity to support our staff working remotely, in the event of a quarantine or other business interruption in any of the communities we serve.
If you have a claim, please visit our claims page for immediate notification to your carrier directly. Our claim advocacy team remains available and engaged to advise you during this extremely unprecedented time.
We request that should any clients have a change of address or other contact information that you share this with your account manager so we can maintain continuous communication.
Together, though our partnership, we will meet the challenges that lay ahead.
