Tracy is Haylor, Freyer & Coon’s International Gatekeeper working closely with our Assurex partners.  Tracy handles the foreign coverage issues for our firm as well as the coordination of the reverse flow business. Prior to joining HF&C as a broker in 2004, Tracy had accumulated 15 years of experience as a senior underwriter with several major carriers.  Her experience and knowledge in this area as well as her successful transition to the brokerage world led to her being named HF&C’s lead international person. Tracy has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and an extensive underwriting background.  Prior to joining HF&C, she managed an $11 Million dollar book of workers compensation business, primarily in the manufacturing, healthcare and service segments.  In addition to her international duties, Tracy handles a sizeable book of local business. Tracy is a graduate of LeMoyne College, with a degree in Finance.  She obtained her Charted Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1995.
