To achieve this goal, a certification to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard was initiated.
The ISO 9001 standard is internationally recognized and identifies an organization that has built a business process that is client-focused, measured for effectiveness and continually improved. To maintain our certification, a third-party organization audits our operations twice a year and must recommend us for recertification every three years. HF&C is proud to be certified at our Syracuse, Rochester, Watertown, Johnson City, and Ithaca Locations.
