He has been involved in the design, implementation and management of employee benefit programs for over 26 years. Tom works with all types of businesses and public entities, focusing on mid to large sized clients across Central and Upstate New York.
Tom takes a holistic approach to risk management and provides his clients with utilization review analysis, cost containment initiatives, self-funding arrangements, stop loss management (captive or direct), employee communication/education, wellness programming, performance improvement technology, private exchanges and regulatory compliance.
